A study in serenity and calm, focusing on the purity of a combination of form and function. Fresh gloss white lacquer paired with bleached wenge and some judicious use of maccassar ebony. But absolutely not minimal. The principles of Dieter Rams formed an important part of the original design inspiration and Apple found its way in there too : the guest cabin bedside tables were proportioned in the same ratio as an iPod ( remember those…?).
